Pay attention to your diet and water intake, and make sure you're moving your body to keep energy flowing. The end of the week is all about connecting with your higher self and spirit. We're seeing shifts in spiritual awareness and connection. Make sure you're listening to your intuition as the messages you're receiving at the end of the week are particularly valid and important. The end of the week is all about synchronicities! Now that you've let go of what no longer serves you and you've rested and taken care of yourself, things are falling into place! Be sure to pay attention to synchronicities and new opportunities that present themselves at the end of the week (and into the beginning of next week) as these are beautiful opportunities to make positive changes.
